About These Terms
These Corporate Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Fior di Vita London ("we", "us", "our") and the business or individual ("you", "the Client") entering into a corporate flower subscription arrangement. By booking a complimentary Floral Edit, signing a service agreement, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are in addition to, and should be read alongside, our general Policies and Privacy Policy.
The Service
Our corporate flower subscription service provides fresh, bespoke floral arrangements delivered to your specified address in London on a recurring weekly schedule. The service includes:
- Hand-designed, seasonally curated arrangements crafted in our London studio.
- Delivery to the agreed address during an agreed delivery window.
- Collection of the previous arrangement on the same visit (swap and take-back).
- Supply and maintenance of vases, as detailed in Term 07.
- On-site styling, where included in your chosen plan.
The exact scope of service depends on the subscription tier selected (Petite, Signature, or Statement). Details of each tier are set out on our subscriptions page.
Complimentary Floral Edit
We offer a complimentary Floral Edit (an in-person site visit and bespoke visual concept) prior to the commencement of any paid subscription.
- Consists of a site visit to your venue followed by a bespoke visual concept delivered within 48 hours.
- Does not form part of the minimum delivery commitment described in Term 04.
- We reserve the right to decline a Floral Edit request at our sole discretion.
Minimum Commitment
- You may not cancel, pause for an extended period, or request a refund in respect of the minimum 4-delivery period, except where we are in material breach of these Terms or required by applicable law.
- After the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, the subscription continues on a rolling basis until cancelled in accordance with Term 05.
Cancellation Policy
After your minimum 4-delivery commitment has been fulfilled, you may cancel at any time by providing at least 14 days' written notice by email to info@fiordivita.co.uk or WhatsApp to +44 7944 601088.
Cancellation is not effective until we have acknowledged receipt in writing. Any deliveries made within the 14-day notice period will be charged at the usual rate and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription with immediate effect if:
- Any payment is more than 7 days overdue.
- You are in material breach of any of these Terms.
- Access to the delivery address is persistently refused or unavailable.
Pausing Your Subscription
- You may pause individual deliveries at any time by notifying us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery slot. Pauses do not count toward your minimum 4-delivery commitment and will not be charged.
- Pause requests with less than 48 hours' notice may be honoured at our discretion, but cannot be guaranteed. If a delivery has already been dispatched, a charge may apply.
- We are unable to accommodate open-ended pauses of more than 4 consecutive weeks. Please contact us to discuss your options if you need a longer suspension.
Vases and Equipment
All vases, vessels, and ancillary equipment remain the sole property of Fior di Vita London at all times. Clients do not acquire any ownership interest regardless of subscription duration.
- Keep vases in a safe and accessible location between deliveries.
- Ensure vases are made available for collection at each delivery visit.
- Notify us promptly if a vase is lost, broken, or damaged.
- Replacement fees: £25 per standard vase and £45 per statement vase. These may be updated with advance notice.
- Upon cancellation, all vases must be made available at the final delivery visit. Failure to return within 14 days of subscription end may result in replacement fees being invoiced.
Delivery
We will agree a preferred delivery day and approximate time window at the outset of your subscription. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control (traffic, supplier delays, severe weather).
- We will always notify you as soon as possible if a delivery is likely to be significantly delayed or rescheduled.
- If a delivery is missed due to circumstances within our control, we will rearrange it at no additional charge or provide a credit.
- You are responsible for ensuring an authorised person is available at the agreed address, or that clear access instructions are provided. We are unable to leave arrangements unattended in public areas.
Quality and Damage Reporting
All arrangements are made fresh on the day of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of a delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours with a written description and, where possible, photographic evidence sent to info@fiordivita.co.uk.
Where a valid complaint is received within the 24-hour window, we will at our discretion offer:
- A replacement arrangement at the next available opportunity.
- A credit applied to your next scheduled delivery.
- A partial or full refund of the affected delivery.
Pricing and Payment
Subscription prices are as set out on our subscriptions page and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing on 30 days' written notice.
- Payment is taken in advance of each delivery via Stripe secure payment processing.
- By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring weekly basis.
- Failed payments: we will notify you and attempt to re-charge within 3 business days. If payment remains outstanding after 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the subscription.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the value of the most recent invoice paid by you.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of business, revenue, or reputational damage.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Force Majeure
We shall not be in breach of these Terms if we are unable to perform our obligations as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and endeavour to resume the service at the earliest opportunity.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in writing at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the subscription service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
