Corporate Subscription Terms
These terms govern all corporate flower subscription agreements with Fior di Vita London. Please read them carefully before placing your first order.
1. About These Terms
These Corporate Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Fior di Vita London ("we", "us", "our") and the business or individual ("you", "the Client") entering into a corporate flower subscription arrangement. By booking a free taster delivery, signing a service agreement, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are in addition to, and should be read alongside, our general Policies and Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Our corporate flower subscription service provides fresh, bespoke floral arrangements delivered to your specified address in London on a recurring weekly or fortnightly schedule. The service includes:
- Hand-designed, seasonally curated arrangements crafted in our London studio.
- Delivery to the agreed address during an agreed delivery window.
- Collection of the previous arrangement on the same visit (swap and take-back).
- Supply and maintenance of vases, as detailed in Section 7.
- On-site styling, where included in your chosen plan.
The exact scope of service depends on the subscription tier selected (Petite, Signature, or Statement). Details of each tier are set out on our subscriptions page.
3. Free Taster Delivery
We offer a complimentary taster delivery prior to the commencement of any paid subscription. The taster delivery:
- Consists of one arrangement representative of your chosen tier, including a vase.
- Is provided entirely free of charge with no obligation to proceed.
- Does not form part of the minimum delivery commitment described in Section 4.
- Is limited to one taster delivery per business address.
We reserve the right to decline a taster delivery request at our sole discretion.
4. Minimum Commitment
All corporate subscriptions carry a minimum commitment of 4 consecutive scheduled deliveries (approximately one calendar month on a weekly schedule, or approximately two months on a fortnightly schedule). This minimum commitment begins from the date of the first paid delivery.
You may not cancel, pause for an extended period, or request a refund in respect of the minimum 4-delivery period, except where we are in material breach of these Terms or we are otherwise required by applicable law.
After the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, the subscription continues on a rolling basis until cancelled in accordance with Section 5.
5. Cancellation Policy
After your minimum 4-delivery commitment has been fulfilled, you may cancel your subscription at any time by providing us with at least 14 days' written notice. Notice must be sent by email to info@fiordivita.co.uk or by WhatsApp to +44 7944 601088, and must clearly state your intention to cancel and your requested last delivery date.
Cancellation is not effective until we have acknowledged receipt in writing. Any deliveries made or scheduled within the 14-day notice period will be charged at the usual rate and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription with immediate effect if:
- Any payment is more than 7 days overdue;
- You are in material breach of any of these Terms;
- Access to the delivery address is persistently refused or unavailable.
6. Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause individual deliveries at any time by notifying us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery slot. Pauses do not count toward your minimum 4-delivery commitment and will not be charged.
Pause requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may still be honoured at our discretion, but we cannot guarantee this. If a delivery has already been prepared and dispatched, a charge may apply.
We are unable to accommodate open-ended pauses of more than 4 consecutive weeks. If you need to suspend the service for longer than this, please contact us to discuss your options.
7. Vases and Equipment
All vases, vessels, and ancillary equipment supplied as part of the subscription service remain the sole property of Fior di Vita London at all times. Clients do not acquire any ownership or proprietary interest in the vases regardless of the duration of the subscription.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping the vases in a safe and accessible location between deliveries.
- Ensuring the vases are made available for collection at each delivery visit.
- Notifying us promptly if a vase is lost, broken, or damaged.
In the event that a vase is lost or damaged beyond reasonable wear, we reserve the right to charge a replacement fee. The current replacement fee is £25 per standard vase and £45 per statement vase. These fees may be updated from time to time and will be communicated in advance.
Upon cancellation of your subscription, all vases must be made available for collection at the final delivery visit or by a separately arranged collection. Failure to return vases within 14 days of subscription end may result in the replacement fee being invoiced.
8. Delivery
We will agree a preferred delivery day and approximate time window with you at the outset of your subscription. While we make every reasonable effort to honour the agreed schedule, delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to traffic, supplier delays, or severe weather.
We will always notify you as soon as possible if a delivery is likely to be significantly delayed or needs to be rescheduled. If a delivery is missed due to circumstances within our control, we will rearrange it at no additional charge or provide a credit at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that an authorised person is available to receive the delivery at the agreed address, or that clear access instructions are provided in advance. We are unable to leave arrangements unattended in public areas or unsecured locations.
9. Quality and Damage Reporting
We take pride in the quality of every arrangement we deliver. All arrangements are made fresh on the day of delivery using carefully selected seasonal blooms.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of a delivery — including wilting, damage in transit, incorrect style, or missing elements — you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a written description and, where possible, photographic evidence sent to info@fiordivita.co.uk.
Complaints received after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a remedy. Where a valid complaint is received within the 24-hour window, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:
- A replacement arrangement delivered at the next available opportunity;
- A credit applied to your next scheduled delivery;
- A partial or full refund of the affected delivery.
10. Pricing and Payment
Subscription prices are as set out on our subscriptions page at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing on 30 days' written notice. If you do not accept the revised pricing, you may cancel your subscription with no penalty during the 30-day notice period.
Payment is taken in advance of each delivery via Stripe secure payment processing. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis in line with your chosen frequency (weekly or fortnightly).
In the event of a failed payment, we will notify you and attempt to re-charge within 3 business days. If payment remains outstanding after 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the subscription without further notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fior di Vita London's total liability to you in connection with the subscription service shall not exceed the value of the most recent invoice paid by you. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of business, loss of revenue, or reputational damage.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be in breach of these Terms if we are unable to perform our obligations as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather events, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions. In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and endeavour to resume the service at the earliest opportunity.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in writing at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the subscription service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
