Yes — we ask for a minimum of 4 deliveries (approximately one month) to get the most out of your arrangement style and brief. After that, you can cancel with just 14 days' written notice. There's no lock-in beyond that.

We deliver a single arrangement representative of your chosen tier — completely free of charge, including the vase. There is absolutely no obligation to subscribe afterwards. It's simply our way of letting you experience the quality before you commit.

No — all vases remain the property of Fior di Vita London. We supply them as part of the service, maintain them, and collect them with each swap. This keeps quality consistent and means you never have to worry about sourcing or storing vessels.

Absolutely. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery and we'll skip that week at no charge. Pauses don't count towards your 4-delivery minimum.

We take great pride in the quality of every delivery. If you notice any damage or premature wilting, simply report it to us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or credit at no cost to you.

We cover central and greater London, including Mayfair, the City, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your postcode, just ask us in the taster form below and we'll confirm.

Yes — we work with each client to understand their brand aesthetic, colour palette, and preferred style. Arrangements are always seasonally curated but tailored to your brief. Signature and Statement clients receive a seasonal mood board and style review.
