Yes. We ask for a minimum of 4 deliveries (approximately one month) to get the most out of your arrangement style and brief. After that, you can cancel with just 14 days' written notice. There's no lock-in beyond that.
The Floral Edit is our complimentary design consultation. We visit your space in person, assess the environment, lighting, and your brand aesthetic, then return within 48 hours with a bespoke visual concept: curated arrangements, colour directions, and placement ideas tailored entirely to your venue. No commitment, no obligation. It's our way of showing you exactly what your space could become before you invest in anything.
No. All vases remain the property of Fior di Vita London. We supply them as part of the service, maintain them, and collect them with each swap. This keeps quality consistent and means you never have to worry about sourcing or storing vessels.
Absolutely. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery and we'll skip that week at no charge. Pauses don't count towards your 4-delivery minimum.
We take great pride in the quality of every delivery. If you notice any damage or premature wilting, simply report it to us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or credit at no cost to you.
