Policy 01
Refund & Cancellation
Each arrangement is made to order using carefully selected flowers. Because our products are perishable, the following terms apply.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bespoke orders and event bookings. This deposit secures your chosen date and covers flowers and materials purchased in advance.
- Until a deposit is received, we reserve the right to release the date if another confirmed booking is made.
- Once the deposit is received, your event date is secured exclusively for you.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be transferred to a new date in case of postponement.
- Cancellations: if you cancel before flowers are purchased, any payment made above the deposit will be refunded. If flowers have already been purchased, no refund applies to the deposit.
- Balance payments: any eligible refund applies only to the remaining amount paid above the deposit and will be returned to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
- Postponements: we will always try to accommodate a new date. Deposits remain non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be transferred.
- Exceptional circumstances: if we cannot fulfil an order due to supply issues or unforeseen events on our side, a full refund or alternative solution will be offered.

Policy 03
Terms & Conditions
By using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms.
- Substitutions: in the event that certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
- All arrangements are handmade and may vary slightly from images due to seasonal availability.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details, event addresses, and access instructions. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Delivery times are provided as a window, not an exact guarantee. Delays due to traffic, access restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
- Some flowers and foliage may be toxic if ingested or may cause allergic reactions. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies and to ensure arrangements are kept away from children and pets.
- In extreme circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as government restrictions, pandemics, or national emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule without liability. Where possible, refunds or transfers will be offered.
- Our responsibility extends only to the flowers and arrangements we supply and set up. We are not liable for venue restrictions, third-party damages, or interference once the installation is complete.
- Once arrangements are delivered or installed, responsibility passes to the client or venue. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by guests, catering, temperature fluctuations, or interference by third parties.
- A refundable security deposit may be required for certain hire items. All hired items (vases, stands, candles, arches, props) remain the property of Fior di Vita. Any loss, damage, or failure to return hire items will be charged at full replacement value.
- We provide care instructions to help you enjoy your flowers for as long as possible. Longevity will always depend on natural conditions beyond our control.
- All designs created by Fior di Vita remain our intellectual property. Clients may not replicate or reproduce our designs for commercial purposes without permission.
- We may photograph our work for use in our portfolio, social media, and marketing. We will never share personal client details without consent. If you prefer your arrangements not to be photographed, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.
- Large installations, candles, and props may require specific venue approval or health and safety measures. It is the client's responsibility to check with the venue and ensure compliance.
- Payment must be made in full before delivery, before the event date, or by any specifically agreed date.
- Fior di Vita reserves the right to amend these policies and terms at any time. Updates take effect once published on our website.

Cookie Policy
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Under UK GDPR, we require your consent before placing any non-essential cookies.
- Essential cookies: strictly necessary for the site to function (session security, form protection). These are always active and do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, time on site, and general traffic patterns. These cookies are only set after you give explicit consent. No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
- Your choices: you are presented with a consent banner on your first visit. You may accept all analytics cookies, decline, or open "Manage" to review your preferences in detail. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site in any way.
- Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the button in the footer of any page. When you withdraw consent, all Google Analytics tracking cookies (_ga, _gid, and related) are immediately deleted from your browser and no further data is collected.
- Right to erasure (Article 17 UK GDPR): you have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, including contact form submissions and analytics data. Use the "Request data deletion" button in the Cookie Settings panel, or email us directly at info@fiordivita.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
- Third-party services: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare CDN. These providers may set their own technical cookies. We have no control over these cookies but they do not identify you personally.
- Stripe: when you click a payment link you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page. Stripe is an independent data controller under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Retention: your cookie preference is stored in your browser's localStorage. There is no fixed expiry — your preference persists until you change it or clear your browser data.
